Shipping Destinations

At this time, Kitchzio ships exclusively within the United States.

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 24 hours after payment is successfully confirmed.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we'll let you know as soon as possible.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

7–14 business days

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.

Shipping Delays

Although we do our best to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

• Severe weather.

• Public holidays.

• Customs inspections (if applicable).

• Shipping carrier delays.

• High shipping volumes.

If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we'll work with the shipping carrier and keep you updated throughout the process.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately.

If your order has not yet been processed, we'll do our best to update the address.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to make any changes.

Kitchzio is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been lost or has not been delivered within a reasonable time, please contact us.

We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and help determine the best available solution.
